Psalm 24:1-2

1 The earth is the Lord’s, and all it contains,

The world, and those who dwell in it.

2 For He has founded it upon the seas

And established it upon the rivers.

Think about this today as we get ready and come together in our churches across the world.

We are gathering to worship, serve and proclaim the One and Only true and living God who is the Creator of all people and all creation on earth!

He alone creates all life.

(John 1:3)

All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being.

Now, this speaks of His awesome power and authority. However, here is the more amazing truth about this all powerful, sovereign God;

He loved a spiritually dead, wicked, wretched sinner like me and has done for me something, in my opinion is greater than creation itself.

(Ephesians 2:1-6)

1 And you were dead in your trespasses and sins,

2 in which you formerly walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience.

3 Among them we too all formerly lived in the lusts of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest.

4 BUT GOD, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us,

5 even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),

6 and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

It is amazing for sure to create something out of nothing. However, I submit to you today that it is more amazing to RECREATE one who was dead and give him/her life forevermore!!

Hallelujah what a SAVIOR!!!

Now, let’s get together at our local churches and worship, serve, proclaim, hear and lovingly obey this One so worthy of it all!!!
